[CUSTOM ROM CM12] CyanogenMod 12 Android Lollipop for SPRINT HTC One

We are updating the latest CyanogenMod 12 builds developed by various developers for different devices.
Today we have brought the CyanogenMod 12 for Sprint HTC ONE developed by santod040 to you.
Xda recognized developer contributor santod040 has ported the CyanogenMod 12 Android Lollipop for Sprint HTC ONE phone.

CM_12_Sprint_HTC_one

Files need for this installation:
- CM 12 Android Lollipop 5.0 for Sprint HTC One
- If you want ROOT then the SuperSU package
Pie Patch no longer needed with latest SuperSu beta v2.27

This ROM does not contain Google applications like Gmail, drive, maps etc. so download the below GApps zip package.

Installing CyanogenMod Android Lollipop on Sprint HTC ONE:

DO NOT FLASH with any encryption active!

STEP 1:
Copy the ROM, GApps and SuperuserSU recovery flashable zip packages to your phone memory.

STEP 2:
Reboot into recovery and make a full NANDROID backup first

STEP 3:
In the recovery mode do a Factory Reset/Wipe Data (Only for the first time flashing)
Format System
Format Dalvik Cache

STEP 4:
Flash the boot.img via fastboot (Only if you are S-ON)

STEP 5:
Flash the ROM, Gapps and superuser zip.

STEP 6:
Reboot your phone to enjoy the ROOTed Android Lollipop on your Sprint HTC ONE phone.
