Installing Slim ROM:

Then you have to get the Slim ROM zip file over here:

Latest SuperSU package by chainfire
Google Apps recovery flashable zip download link

STEP 1:
Copy the ROM, GApps and SuperuserSU package to your phone.

STEP 2:
Format System and wipe cache.

STEP 3:
Install the ROM, Gapps and superuser recovery flashable zip packages using the custom recovery.

STEP 4:
After installing the ROM do a Factory Reset/Wipe Data
STEP 5:
Reboot your phone to enjoy the ROOTed Slim ROM on your Google Nexus 4 phone.
