Recently Forbes and Statista had initiated a survey and questioned over 20,000 Americans.
They asked the American workers across large U.S. companies, nonprofit institutions, government agencies, and U.S. divisions of multinationals this question:
how likely would they be to recommend their employer to someone else on a scale of 0-10?
Their answers have formulated Google Inc. as the best place, Facebook at second and Intuit as the third best place to work in the U.S.
Free gourmet meals, gyms and generous maternity benefits are just some of the items on Google’s extensive list of benefits, a list that’s pretty hard to beat.

In India if the similar survey would have been carried out then definitely most of the people had named some government organization, because of the nature of work and flexibility to earn money.
